昆明市农村地区人群糖尿病患病现状及其危险因素分析

目的了解昆明市农村地区居民糖尿病患病现状及其危险因素，探讨制订糖尿病预防控制对策和措施。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法．随机抽取20-74岁常住居民3440人，进行糖尿病流行病学调查，包括问卷调查、体格检查和临床检验，调查居民糖尿病患病情况及其危险因素情况。结果昆明市农村地区20岁以上人群糖尿病标化患病率为2．90％，其中，男性标化患病率为3．55％．女性标化患病率为2．61％．女性患病率高于男性；年龄、糖尿病家族史、高血压、静坐生活方式、超重肥胖和中心性肥胖是糖尿病的主要危险因素，而劳动强度、食用植物油、常吃水果是糖尿病的保护因素。结论应针对昆明市农村糖尿病的主要危险因素．实施农村糖尿病健康教育和生活方式干预，开展重点人群糖尿病筛查和早诊早治工作。

Study on Epidemiological Status of Diabetes Mellitus and Its Risk Factors in Rural Population in Kunming

OBJECTIVE To study the epidemiol0gical situation of the diabetes mellitus and its risk factors among the rural population in KUNMING. METHODS A cross-sectional study was conducted among permanent residents aged 20-74 years in Kunming Rural Districts. RESULTS The general prevalence rate of diabetes was 2.90%, and the prevalent rate for male （3.55%） was higher than that for female （2.61%）. Age, family history of DM, hypertension, lack of exercise and abdominal obesity were the major risk factors of diabetes in rural population. CONCLUSIONS It is necessary to strength the prevention and control of diabetes mellitus in rural population.
