| 摘 要： | 目的 :总结合并肝硬化患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床经验。方法 :回顾分析合并肝硬化行腹腔镜胆囊切除术 76例的临床资料。结果 :74例在腹腔镜下完成手术 ,其中肝硬化门脉高压误诊为结石性胆囊炎 2例 ,中转开腹 2例。结论 :把握手术指征及加强围手术期的处理 ,合并肝硬化的结石性胆囊炎患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术是安全可行的 ,疗效满意

| Abstract: | Objective:To sum up the clinical experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) in cholelithiasis complicated with liver cirrhosis.Methods:The clinical data of 76 cases with LC were retrospectively analyzed.Results:74 cases were cured by LC, 2 cases were misdiagnosed. 2 cases were converted to open operation.Conclusions: Emphasized the perioperative management and selected of the operative indications, LC is safe and offective for clolelithiasis complicated with liver cirrhosis. |
