| 摘 要： | 目的：了解呼和浩特市社区居民高血压患病情况及危险因素。方法：采取多阶段分层抽样。封闭式综合问卷式调查的方法。结果：高血压患病率31．17％,标化率22．07％;35岁以后高血压患病率随年龄增长,65岁以后达最高峰60．75％。结论：年龄增大、体质指数增加、遗传史、饮酒和吸烟等多种危险因素是高血压患病率增高的根本原因。

| Abstract: | Objective:To find out the prevalence and risk factors of hypertension among the resident in tommunity of Huhhot.Methods:Through multistage stratified random sampling,the residents were inuestigated with amprehensiue questionaries.Results:The morbility rate of hypertension was 31 17%,the standardized incidence rato of hypertension was 22 07%.The morbility rate of bypertension was increased with the age ,special older than 65 years,which has a peak incidence rate of 60 75%.Conclusion:The increase of the age ,health index,genetic history,alcohol drinking,smoking and many other risk factor are the basic reasons for the increasing of the morbility rato of bypertension. |
