| 摘 要： | 目的:建立痔炎清合剂中绿原酸含量测定的方法.方法:用HPLC测定痔炎清合剂中绿原酸的含量,用Shim-pack VP-0DS(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)柱,以乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(10:90)为流动相,进行含量测定.结果:绿原酸在6.6～33.0μg·mL-1呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9).平均回收率为100.4%,RSD=1.27%(n=6).结论:该方法准确、灵敏、重现性好.

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish the content determination method of chlorogenic acid in zhiyanqing mix- ture by HPLC.Methods:HPLC was performed to determine chlorogenic acid by the Shim-pack VP-ODS column,the mobile phase was composed of methanol-0.4% acetonitrile(10:90)and detection wavelength was at 327nm.Results: The linearity of this method well(r=0.9999),and the average recovery was 100.4%,RSD=1.27%(n=6).
