极快速减压对大鼠肺组织的损伤作用

摘    要:目的]研究极快速减压对大鼠肺组织的损伤作用。方法]极快速减压处理后30min,对大鼠肺组织病理改变、肺湿干重比和支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中总蛋白(TP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)含量进行检测,并与常压空气组、缺氧组对比。结果]极快速减压处理后30min,大鼠肺组织具有损伤病理特征,肺湿干重比从(5.20±0.19)(常压空气组)、(5.19±0.22)(缺氧组)增至(5,60±0.31),P〈0.05;BALF中TP从(9.64±4.99)μg/mL(常压空气组)、(13.07±8.03)μg/mL(缺氧组)升高到(33.96±17.24)μg/mL,P〈0.01或P〈0.05;TNFα含量也从(29.17±0.57)pg/mL(常压空气组)、(29.35±0.62)pg/mL(缺氧组)升高到(30.22±0.31)pg/mL,P〈0.01或P〈0.05。结论]极快速减压能够导致大鼠发生急性肺损伤。

Abstract:Objective ] To study the rat lung tissue damage due to extremely fast decompression. Methods ] At 30 minutes after the extremely fast decompression, the lung wet/dry mass ratio, the pathological change and the content of TP, TNFα in the rat BALF were detected, and compared with normal air pressure group and anoxia group, Results] At 30 min after extremely fast decompression, the lung had the pathological character of damage, the lung wet/dry mass ratio increased to (5.60 ±0.31 ) as compared with( 5.20±0.19 )( normal air group )and( 5.19±0.22 )( anoxia group ), P 〈 0.05. The content of TP in the rat BALF increased to ( 33.96±17.24 ) pg/mL as compared with ( 9.64±4.99 ) lag/mL ( normal air group ) and ( 13.07±8.03 )μg/mL ( anoxia group ), P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05. The content of TNFα in the rat BALF was also increased to( 30.22 ± 0.31 )pg/mL as compared with ( 29.17 + 0.57 ) pg/mL ( normal air group ), and ( 29.35 ± 0.62 ) pg/mL ( anoxia group ) P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05. Conclusion ] Extremely fast decompression is capable of damaging the rat lung.
