奥美拉唑不良反应分析

目的：了解奥美拉唑致不良反应发生的情况并分析相关因素。方法：以＂奥美拉唑＂为主题词及＂不良反应＂为全文字段,对《中国期刊全文数据库》收录的1998年1月～2010年7月的文献进行检索并查阅原文,共计235篇文献,共69例,并进行统计、分析。结果：奥美拉唑致不良反应多发生在31～40岁,男性多于女性,但与患者性别无显著关联;口服给药不良反应集中发生在给药后3～7d,注射给药不良反应集中发生在1～10min及3～7d;临床表现累及多个器官或系统,表现复杂,以过敏反应为主（21.74%）。结论：奥美拉唑致不良反应应引起临床重视。

Analysis of adverse drug reactions caused by Omeprazole

Objective：To study the condition and the related factors of adverse drug reactions occurred in our hospital.Methods：With ＂Omeprazole＂ as keywords and ＂adverse reaction＂ to the full text field,literatures were retrieved from CN KI from January 1998 to July 2010.235 Literatures including 69 cases were analyzed statistically.Results：Omeprazoleinduced ADR were mostly seen in males aged from 31 to 40,but which was independent of sex.The ADR induced by oral administration usually appeared within 3 days to 7 days,while those induced by injection were more often seen at 1 ～10 min or 3～7 days.Clinical manifestations were organs and systems involved in ADR.Complex clinical manifestations were mainly allergic reaction（21.74%）.Conclusion：ADR induced by Omeprazole call for great attention in the clinic.
