肝包虫病的诊治体会

目的探讨肝包虫病的诊断和手术治疗方式。方法2008年1月－2012年9月收治51例肝包虫病患者，临床诊断均采用CT结合彩色多普勒超声进行辅以包虫囊液皮内试验，均行手术治疗，其中开腹行内囊摘除术39例，腔镜下内囊摘除术3例，肝病灶切除术9例。结果CT和彩色多普勒超声对肝包虫病均能有效诊断，二者诊断阳性率分别为72．5％和82．4％。差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；几种手术方式均能有效治疗肝包虫病。结论CT和彩色多普勒超声均能有效诊断肝包虫病，而肝包虫病的治疗应采用个体化手术方案。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Liver Hydatid

Objective To explore the diagnosis and surgical treatment of hepatic hydatid. Methods We collected 51 cases of liver hydatid treated in our department from January 2008 to September 2012, and retrospectively analyzed its diagnosis and surgical treatment. Results CT and ultrasonography were both effective in diagnosing liver hydatid （P 〉 0.05）. Several surgical methods were all effective in the treatment of hepatic hydatid. Conclusions CT and ultrasonography are effective in the diagnosis of hepatic hydatid. Economic, convenient, and noninvasive ultrasound can be used as a routine examination. Combined with CT examination, the diagnosis of hepatic hydatid can be intensely enhanced. Treatment of hepatic hydatid should be individualized.
