摘    要:为提高药学专业研究生的培养质量,充分发挥导师的指导作用至关重要。但是,传统形式上的单一导师制存在诸多弊端和局限性,因此不能积极有效地保证研究生的培养质量。本文作者从多个层面进行努力,在药学专业中采用创新合作导师培养模式,培养过程中由导师和合作导师共同组成的导师组,参与研究生培养的全过程,从而来弥补传统导师制的不足,更有效地提高研究生的培养质量。在实践中探讨药学专业研究生合作导师培养模式的实施,并为将来能更进一步推广奠定理论和实践基础。

Abstract:In order to improve the professional quality of postgraduate,tutor plays the critical role of the training process.However,the traditional single tutorial system has some shortages,such as lack of knowledge structure,and therefore cannot effectively guarantee the quality of the postgraduate.The authors try to practice co-supervisor innovation mode in the process of graduate training by using the supervisor and co-supervisor.In the process of training co-supervisor innovation mode can make up the lack of knowledge structure of single supervisor and improve the quality of postgraduate.This effective cooperation mode of postgraduate should be use more widely in the future.
