| 摘 要： | R是当前国际最受欢迎的软件之一,在Meta分析方面应用广泛且功能强大。metamisc程序包是Thomas Debray等基于经典统计学方法研发的用于实现诊断准确性资料Meta分析的程序包,该程序包具备实现汇总敏感度和特异度、亚组分析、回归分析等功能。本文结合实例对R软件metamisc程序包实现诊断准确性数据Meta分析的方法进行详细介绍。 |

| Abstract: | R is one of most popular international Meta-analysis softwares nowadays ,which has powerful functions in meta-a- nalysis and was widely used. The metamisc package is developed by Thomas Debray et al,based on the Classical Statistical Theory for performing meta-analysis of diagnostic test accuracy data. This package can carry out multiple functions such as ： pooled sensitivity and specificity, subgroup analysis, meta-regression, etc. In this article, we introduce how to use metamisc package to perform recta-analysis of diagnostic test accuracy data with example. |
