微格教学法在临床医学本科生外科临床技能培训中的应用

摘    要:目的探索微格教学法在临床医学本科生外科临床技能培训中的应用效果。方法选取临床医学专业的150名学生作为研究对象,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组各75人,均进行外科换药、缝合打结、无菌术3项外科临床技能的培训,实验组采用微格教学法;对照组采用传统教学方法;课程内容学习结束后一周内采用临床操技能测试及问卷调查量化评分的形式对教学效果进行评价。结果实验组技能考试成绩是(89.16±1.04),对照组技能考试成绩是(84.60±1.17),两组比较的t=2.365,P=0.007;两组学生问卷调查的结果显示实验组各项评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微格教学法能够增加学生学习兴趣,调动学生积极性,提高学生外科临床技能培训的效果,值得在临床教学中推广。

Abstract:Objective To understand the application and effect of Micro-teaching in Training Surgical Clinical Skills of Medical Students.Methods 150clinical medicine students were divided into experimental group(n=75)and control group(n=75).Micro-teaching was used in the training of experimental group,and traditional teaching method was used in that of control group.Finally comparing the experimental group and control group students grade point average.Evaluation indicators include: clinical operation skill appraisal analysis of clinical examination,questionnaire investigation and scoring system.Comparison between the two groups using independent sample T test,P0.05was statistically significant.Results Micro-teaching group(89.16±1.04)had better performance in all of the indicators compared to the control group(84.60±1.17).Conclusion Micro-teaching method achieve good teaching effect and it is worth recommending in c-linical teaching.
