红花注射液结合施沛特治疗髌股关节骨关节炎疗效观察

[目的]探讨髌股关节骨关节炎的有效治疗途径。[方法]髌股关节骨关节炎166例,随机分为治疗组89例和对照组77例,治疗组给予关节内注射施沛特结合关节周围痛点中药注射,对照组单纯给予关节内注射施沛特。[结果]对照组完全缓解11例,部分缓解31例,轻度缓解20例,无缓解15例,缓解率80．5％;治疗组完全缓解15例,部分缓解41例,轻度缓解27例,无缓解6例,缓解率93．2％,明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]关节内注射施沛特治疗髌股关节骨关节炎作用效果显著。

Patellofemoral Osteoarthritis Treated with Sofast Combined with Honghua Injection
