老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者感知健康能力与应对方式的关系研究

目的调查老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者感知健康能力与应对方式的关系。方法采用便利抽样法选取208例老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者进行问卷调查。调查问卷包括一般资料调查表、中文版感知健康能力量表和简易应对方式问卷。结果感知健康能力总分为(22.43±2.90)分,积极应对得分为(23.75±6.74)分,消极应对得分为(12.20±4.07)分。相关分析显示,感知健康能力总分及其结果期望维度与积极应对呈正相关关系(r=0.171,r=0.180,P均<0.01)。分层回归分析显示,结果期望对积极应对具有正向预测作用,可解释变异量的1.5%。结论结果期望是老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者积极应对的影响因素。

Study on correlation between perceived health competence and coping style for elderly patients with cor-onary atherosclerotic heart disease

Objective To survey the correlation between perceived health competence and coping style for elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Method Choose 208 elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease by convenient sampling.Investigate them by general information questionnaire,Chinese version of Perceived Health Competence Scale and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire.Result The total score on perceived health competence is(22.43±2.90).Score on positive coping style is(23.75±6.74).Score on negative coping style is(12.20±4.07).Correlation analysis shows that total score on perceived health competence and its dimension on outcome expectation have positive correlation with positive coping style(r=0.171,r=0.180,P<0.01 each).Hierarchical regression analysis shows that outcome expectation has positive predictable function on positive coping style,which can account for 1.5%variance.Conclusion Outcome expectation is an influencing factor of positive coping style for elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.
