手术室层流洁净空气质量对手术切口感染的影响

摘    要:
目的探讨手术室层流洁净空气质量对手术切口感染的影响。方法选取2017年8月至2018年8月普通手术室治疗的10176例患者作为对照组,另选取2018年9月至2019年9月层流洁净手术室治疗的11357例患者作为研究组,采用现场观察和回顾性研究法,比较两组手术切口感染发生率、不同类型手术切口感染率和手术过程中平均沉降菌群数。结果研究组手术切口感染率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类手术切口感染率及术中平均菌落数量低于对照组(P<0.05);两组Ⅲ类手术切口感染率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论层流洁净手术室可降低手术室Ⅰ、Ⅱ类手术切口感染率低,稳定手术全程沉降菌落数量,有助于保证手术治疗效果,具有临床推广价值。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of laminar clean air quality in operating room for the infection of surgical incision.Methods To select 10,176 cases of patients treated in the general operating room from August 2017 to August 2018 as a control group,and 11,357 cases of patients treated in the laminar clean operating room from September 2018 to September 2019 as a study group.The on-site observation and retrospective research method were used to compare the incidence rate of infection of surgical incision,the infection rate of different types of surgical incision and the average number of settled bacteria during the operation between two groups.Results The infection rate of surgical incision in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The infection rate of type Ⅰ surgical incision and type Ⅱ surgical incision and average number of colonies during the operation in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in infection rate of type Ⅲ surgical incision between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of laminar clean operating room can reduce the infection rate of type Ⅰ surgical incision and type Ⅱ surgical incision in the operating room,stabilize the number of settled colonies throughout the operation,and help to ensure the effectiveness of surgical treatment.Therefore,it has clinical promotion value.
