2型糖尿病患者发生视网膜病变相关危险因素调查

目的调查2型糖尿病患者发生视网膜病变危险因素,为减少2型糖尿病患者发生视网膜病变提供科学参考与依据。方法选取本院2017年3月至2019年3月125例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,其中发生视网膜病变65例。对影响2型糖尿病患者发生视网膜病变的危险因素采用logistic回归分析。结果年龄、糖尿病家族史、高血压病史、有高血脂病史、吸烟是2型糖尿病患者发生视网膜病变的独立危险因素。结论针对2型糖尿病发生视网膜病变的危险因素应制定积极正确的干预措施,预防视网膜病变的发生。

Investigation of risk factors related to retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective To investigate the risk factors of retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes and provide scientific reference and basis for reducing the incidence of retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods We selected 125 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 as the study subjects,of which 65 cases had retinopathy.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes.Results The age,family history of diabetes,history of hypertension,history of hyperlipidemia,and smoking were the independent risk factors for retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes.Conclusion Active and correct intervention measures should be formulated for the risk factors of retinopathy in type 2 diabetes to prevent the occurrence of retinopathy.
