游戏干预在学龄前眼科围术期患儿中的应用效果

目的探讨游戏干预在学龄前眼科围术期患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2016年4月至2019年3月84例在我院进行择期眼科手术的学龄前患儿为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组与研究组,对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用游戏干预措施,比较两组干预前后返回病房哭闹情况、耶鲁术前焦虑评分(mYPAS)及家属护理满意度。结果研究组患儿术后返回病房时哭闹不止情况少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组各时间点mYPAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组家属对护理工作满意度评分各维度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论游戏干预模式可明显减轻眼科手术围手术期出现的焦虑等不良情绪,减轻术后焦虑程度,提高家属的满意度,值得推广应用。

Application effect of game intervention in preschool children patients during the perioperative period of ophthalmology

Objective To explore the application effect of game intervention in preschool children patients during the perioperative period of ophthalmology.Methods To select 84 cases of preschool children patients who underwent elective eye surgery in our hospital from April 2016 to March 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the study group adopted game intervention measures based on the control group to compare the crying situation,modified Yale preoperative anxiety scale(mYPAS)and family nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after intervention.Results The ceaseless crying of children patients in the study group was less than those of the control group when they returned to the ward after operation(P<0.05),the mYPAS scores of the study group at all time points were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The each dimension scores of nursing satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of game intervention model can significantly reduce the anxiety and other negative emotions during the perioperative period of ophthalmic surgery,reduce the degree of postoperative anxiety,and improve the satisfaction of family members,which was worth popularizing and applying.
