抗阻力及倾斜训练在血管迷走性晕厥患儿中的应用

目的探讨抗阻力及倾斜训练在血管迷走性晕厥患儿中的应用。方法选取我院2018年7月至2019年7月收治的92例血管迷走性晕厥患儿作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组40例和观察组52例,对照组给予常规训练;观察组给予行抗阻力以及倾斜训练,比较两组患儿主、客观疗效以及再晕厥率。结果研究组患儿主、客观疗效均高于对照组,再晕厥率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予血管迷走性晕厥患儿抗阻力及倾斜训练,可降低再晕厥率,主、客观疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。

Application of anti-resistance and tilt training in children patients with vasovagal syncope

Objective To discuss the application of anti-resistance and tilt training in children patients with vasovagal syncope.Methods To select 92 cases of children patients with vasovagal syncope who were admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 as the study objects.They were randomly divided into a control group for 40 cases and an observation group for 52 cases.The control group was given regular training,and the observation group was given anti-resistance and tilt training to compare the subjective and objective curative effect and re-syncope rate of children patients of the two groups.Results The subjective and objective curative effect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the re-syncope rate was lower than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of anti-resistance and tilt training in children patients with vasovagal syncope,which could reduce the re-syncope rate,and the subjective and objective curative effects were better,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
