基于PAL的预习-主题-案例教学对实习护士自我导向学习能力及护理核心能力的影响

目的探讨基于同伴互助式学习(PAL)的预习-主题-案例教学对实习护士自我导向学习能力及护理核心能力的影响。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年6月实习护士120名为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施传统教学,观察组实施基于PAL的预习-主题-案例教学,比较两组实习护士自我导向学习能力及护理核心能力。结果观察组各项自我导向学习能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项护理核心能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于PAL的预习-主题-案例教学在实习护士中应用,能提升其自我导向学习能力,增强其护理核心能力。

Effect of applying preview-subject-case teaching based on PAL for self-directed learning ability and nursing core competence of practice nurses

Objective To explore the effect of preview-subject-case teaching based on peer-assisted learning(PAL)for self-directed learning ability and nursing core competence of practice nurses.Methods To select 120 practice nurses in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group implemented traditional teaching,and the observation group implemented preview-theme-case teaching based on PAL to compare the self-directed learning ability and nursing core competence of practice nurses of the two groups.Results The scores of each item of self-directed learning ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The each item scores of nursing core competence in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of preview-theme-case teaching based on PAL in practice nurses could improve their self-directed learning ability and their nursing core competence.
