快速康复外科理念下的路径化护理对髋关节置换术患者术后并发症及髋关节功能的影响

目的探讨快速康复外科理念(FTS)下的路径化护理对髋关节置换术患者术后并发症及髋关节功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月我院进行髋关节置换术的108例患者作为研究对象,将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组实施FTS下的路径化护理。比较两组患者术后并发症发生率和髋关节功能状况。结果观察组假体脱位、关节僵硬、感染、压力性损伤、下肢静脉血栓以及其他并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疼痛、功能性活动、髋关节畸形、髋关节活动度以及髋关节功能总评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FTS下的路径化护理可以明显提高髋关节置换术患者的治疗效果,降低术后并发症发生率,改善髋关节功能,提高其生活质量。

Effects of applying pathway nursing under the concept of fast track surgery for postoperative complications and hip joint function in patients with hip arthroplasty

Objective To explore the effects of pathway nursing under the concept of fast track surgery(FTS)for postoperative complications and hip joint function in patients with hip arthroplasty.Methods To select 108 cases of patients undergoing hip arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 as the study objects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group implemented pathway nursing under the concept of FTS.The incidence of postoperative complications and condition of hip joint function were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of prosthesis dislocation,joint stiffness,infection,stress injury,venous thrombosis of the lower limbs and other complications in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the pain,functional activity,hip joint deformity,activity degree of hip joint and the total score of hip joint function was significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pathway nursing under the concept of FTS could significantly improve the treatment effect of patients with hip arthroplasty,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve hip joint function and quality of life of patient.
