急性脑梗死患者溶栓治疗的影响因素分析

目的探讨影响急性脑梗死患者溶栓治疗的因素。方法选取2015年1月至2018年12月我院收治的急性脑梗死溶栓治疗患者67例,其中有10例患者未溶栓成功,其余57例患者溶栓成功,收集研究对象的临床资料,采用单因素分析和多因素logistic回归分析影响急性脑梗死溶栓治疗的因素。结果多因素logistic回归分析显示,合并糖尿病、栓塞部位是血管末端、用药总量>150 mg及完全梗阻是影响急性脑梗死溶栓治疗的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死溶栓治疗期间尽量减少影响因素对溶栓治疗的影响,有利于神经功能快速恢复,提高治疗效果。

Analysis of influencing factors of thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the influencing factors of thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods To select 67 cases of patients with thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018,of which 10 cases of patients had not been successfully treated with thrombolysis,and the remaining 57 cases of patients were successfully treated with thrombolysis.Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze factors affecting thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral infarction.Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the concurrent diabetes,the embolism site was the end of the blood vessel,the total amount of medication>150 mg,and complete obstruction were the main factors affecting the thrombolytic therapy of acute cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimizing the influence of influencing factors on thrombolytic therapy during thrombolytic therapy of acute cerebral infarction was beneficial to the rapid recovery of neural function and improve the therapeutic effect.
