基于快速康复外科理念的早期康复护理干预对中老年结直肠癌术后恢复的影响

目的探讨基于快速康复外科理念的早期康复护理对中老年结直肠癌术后恢复的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月我院择期手术的结直肠癌老年患者98例作为研究对象,按照数字随机法将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予基于快速康复外科理念的早期康复护理,比较两组术后首次排气时间、排便时间、并发症发生率及应激水平变化情况。结果观察组术后排气、排便时间优于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组应激水平改善情况优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论实施基于快速康复外科理念的早期康复护理,能有效促进中老年结直肠癌术后肠功能恢复,降低术后应激水平及并发症发生率,值得临床推广。

Effect of applying early rehabilitation nursing intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery for postoperative recovery of middle-aged patients with colorectal cancer

Objective To explore the effect of applying early rehabilitation nursing based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery for postoperative recovery of middle-aged patients with colorectal cancer. Methods To select 98 cases of elderly patients with colorectal cancer undergoing elective surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 as the study objects. They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the digital random method. The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery. The changes of first exhaust time,defecation time,incidence of complication,and level of stress were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative exhaust time and defecation time in the observation group were better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The improvement of stress level in the observation group was better than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The implementation of early rehabilitation nursing based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery could effectively promote the intestinal function recovery of middle-aged patients with colorectal cancer after surgery,reduce the level of postoperative stress and the incidence of complications,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
