核心稳定性训练结合深层肌肉刺激对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后功能恢复的影响

摘    要:目的探讨核心稳定性训练结合深层肌肉刺激对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后功能恢复的影响。方法选取2016年8月至2018年8月我院收治的91例腰椎间盘突出症拟手术治疗患者为研究对象,根据其术后康复意愿将患者分为研究组46例和对照组45例,对照组实施常规深层肌肉刺激康复护理,研究组在此基础上实施核心稳定性训练,比较两组患者腰腿痛程度(VAS)、腰椎疾患综合标准评分(JOA)及脊椎功能障碍程度评分(ODI)。结果30 d后,研究组患者VAS,JOA,ODI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);随访后1年,研究组腰椎间盘突出症复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症手术治疗后应用核心稳定训练结合深层肌肉刺激康复护理,可有效缓解腰椎和腰腿部疼痛程度,改善脊椎功能障碍程度,有利于患者早日回归正常生活和工作。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of core stability training combined with deep muscle stimulation for postoperative functional recovery of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods To select 91 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 as the study subjects.According to their willingness to recover after surgery,the patients were divided into a study group of 46 cases and a control group of 45 cases.The control group received conventional deep muscle stimulation rehabilitation nursing,and the study group implemented core stability training on this basis to compare the degree of lumbar and leg pain(VAS),the comprehensive standard score of lumbar disorders(JOA),and the score of degree of spinal dysfunction(ODI)between patients of the two groups.Results After 30 days,the scores of VAS,JOA and ODI in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).One year after follow-up,the recurrence rate of lumbar disc herniation in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of core stability training combined with deep muscle stimulation rehabilitation after surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation could effectively alleviate the pain of lumbar spine and lumbar legs,improve the degree of spinal dysfunction,and help patients return to normal life and work at an early date.
