腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术术后并发症预防性护理与效果对照分析

目的分析腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术术后并发症预防性护理措施及其临床应用效果。方法选取2019年6—11月我院行宫颈癌根治术患者68例,按照随机数字表法将本组患者等分为对照组与观察组,对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行并发症预防性护理,比较术后并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后并发症预防性护理干预可有效降低腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术术后并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。

Comparative analysis of preventive nursing and effect of the postoperative complications in laparoscopic radical operation of cervical cancer

Objective To analyze the preventive nursing measures and clinical application effects of the postoperative complications in laparoscopic radical operation of cervical cancer.Methods We selected 68 cases of patients underwent laparoscopic radical operation for cervical cancer in our hospital from June to November 2019,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group implemented preventive nursing for complications on the control group to compare the incidence rate of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The preventive nursing intervention of postoperative complications can effectively reduce the incidence rate of complications after laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer,and improve the patient's satisfaction with care.
