循证护理在蝮蛇咬伤患者护理中的应用

目的分析循证护理在蝮蛇咬伤患者护理中应用价值。方法选取我院2017年2月至2019年3月收治的90例蝮蛇咬伤患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用循证护理。比较两组的疼痛程度和患肢肿胀消退时间,治疗后3,6 d患肢肿胀周径。结果干预前两组肿胀周径比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后3,6 d,观察组患肢肿胀周径小于对照组(P<0.05),患肢疼痛(VAS)评分低于对照组,患肢肿胀消退时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理应用在蝮蛇咬伤中可改善患者的患肢肿胀周径,缓解疼痛程度,减少肿胀消退时间,值得推广应用。

Application of evidence-based nursing in patients with agkistrodon bites

Objective To analyze the application value of evidence-based nursing in patients with agkistrodon bites.Methods To select 90 cases of patients with agkistrodon bites treated in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2019 as the study objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with evidence-based nursing on the basis of the control group.The degree of pain and the resolution time of swelling of the affected limb were compared between the two groups,as well as the swelling circumference of the affected limb was compared at 3,6 days after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the swelling circumference between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).At 3,6 days after the intervention,the swelling circumference of the affected limb in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05),the pain(VAS)score of the affected limb in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the resolution time of swelling of the affected limb in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in agkistrodon bites could improve the swelling circumference of the affected limb,relieve degree of pain,and reduce the resolution time of swelling,which was worth popularizing and applying.
