青中年维持性血液透析患者自我感受负担与应对方式的相关性分析

目的探讨青中年维持性血液透析(MHD)患者自我感受负担与应对方式的相关性。方法选取我院2018年10月至2019年4月接受MHD的青中年患者120例作为研究对象,对其进行自我感受负担量表与医学应对问卷调查,采用Pearson相关性分析自我感受负担与应对方式的相关性。结果青中年MHD患者自我感受负担总分(25.20±8.42)分,其中85例(72.03%)患者有不同程度的自我感受负担,轻度48例,中度27例,重度10例;患者自我感受负担主要来源于经济负担(12.32±3.43)分。Pearson相关性分析显示,自我感受负担总分及经济负担、情感负担、身体负担评分与屈服呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论青中年MHD患者自我感受负担处于轻度水平,自我感受负担主要来源于经济负担,青中年MHD患者自我感受负担与屈服应对呈正相关,因此医护人员应鼓励患者积极应对,提高其面对疾病的信心,从而降低自我感受负担。

Correlation analysis of self-feeling burden and coping style in young and middle-aged patients with maintenance hemodialysis

Objective To explore the correlation of self-feeling burden and coping style in young and middle-aged patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods To select 120 cases of young and middle-aged patients who received MHD in our hospital from October 2018 to April 2019 as the study objects,and the self-feeling burden scale and medical response questionnaire survey were conducted for them.The Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between self-feeling burden and coping style.Results The total score of self-feeling burden in young and middle-aged MHD patients was(25.20±8.42)points,of which 85 cases(72.03%)of patients had varying degrees of self-feeling burden,including mild 48 cases,moderate 27 cases,and severe 10 cases.The patient's self-feeling burden mainly came from economic burden,which accounted for(12.32±3.43)points.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of self-feeling burden,economic burden,emotional burden,and physical burden score were positively correlated with yield(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-feeling burden of young and middle-aged patients with MHD was at a mild level,it mainly came from the economic burden.The self-feeling burden of young and middle-aged MHD patients was positively correlated with yielding coping.Therefore,medical staff should encourage patients to respond positively and increase their confidence in facing diseases,thereby reducing the self-feeling burden.
