消毒供应中心腹腔镜手术器械集中管理的效果分析

目的探讨消毒供应中心对腹腔镜手术器械集中管理灭菌效果及安全性。方法选取2016年9月至2017年7月消毒供应中心集中管理腹腔镜器械1778件为观察组,选取2015年10月至2016年8月分散式管理腹腔镜手术器械1250件为对照组。比较两组器械灭菌效果、器械损坏情况及器械管理满意度。结果观察组手术器械灭菌、包装合格情况高于对照组(P<0.05),手术器械损坏率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组器械管理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心腹腔镜手术器械集中管理有助于器械再生过程的质量控制,并减少器械损害,提高维护质量,改善腹腔镜手术器械的使用效果。

Effect analysis of centralized management of laparoscopic surgical instruments in disinfection supply center

Objective To investigate the sterilization effectiveness and safety of centralized management of laparoscopic surgical instruments by the disinfection supply center.Methods We selected 1,778 laparoscopic instruments under centralized management from September 2016 to July 2017 as an observation group,and 1,250 decentralized laparoscopic surgical instruments from October 2015 to August 2016 as a control group.The sterilization effectiveness,damage conditions of devices,and satisfaction of device management were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of sterilization and packing of surgical instruments in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the damage rate of surgical instruments was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of device management in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The centralized management of laparoscopic surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center was helpful for the quality control of the instrument regeneration process,and reduced the damage of the instruments,improved the quality of maintenance,and improved the use effect of laparoscopic surgical instruments.
