时效激励式护理干预对维持性血液透析患者自我感受负担与生活质量的影响

目的探讨时效激励式护理干预对维持性血液透析患者自我感受负担及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2018年3月至2019年3月收治的维持性血液透析患者90例,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组行常规护理,观察组行时效激励式护理,比较两组患者的自我感受负担及生活质量。结果观察组干预后第1,2,3周自我感受负担量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组社会功能、躯体功能、生理功能及总体健康评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论时效激励式护理在维持性血液透析患者中应用,能有效缓解自我感受负担,改善生活质量。

Effect of applying time-acting motivational nursing intervention for self-perceived burden and quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis

Objective To investigate the effect of applying time-acting motivational nursing intervention for self-perceived burden and quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods To select 90 cases of patients with maintenance hemodialysis who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,the observation group was treated with time-acting motivational nursing intervention,and the self-perceived burden and quality of life were compared between patients of the two groups.Results The scores of self-perceived burden scale in observation group were lower than those in control group at 1,2,and 3 weeks after intervention(P<0.05).The social function,physical function,physiological function and general health scores in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of time-acting motivational nursing in patients with maintenance hemodialysis could effectively relieve the self-perceived burden and improve the quality of life.
