经尿道前列腺电切术后高危前列腺增生患者精神障碍的影响因素分析与护理对策

目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术后高危前列腺增生患者精神障碍的影响因素分析及护理对策。方法选取我院2017年2月至2019年2月高危前列腺增生经尿道前列腺电切术患者80例,其中11例术后发生精神障碍,69例术后未出现精神障碍。通过问卷调查、查阅病例等方式,收集患者年龄、糖尿病、高血压、冠心病、膀胱痉挛、脑缺氧及术后血钠等资料,采用logistic回归分析法进行分析。结果经统计学处理,患者膀胱痉挛、脑缺氧及低钠血症为精神障碍发生的独立危险因素。结论高危前列腺增生经尿道前列腺电切术后患者精神障碍发生率较高,严重影响其正常生活,明确术后出现精神障碍的危险因素,给予其相应的防护措施,从而避免或减少精神障碍的发生。

Analysis of influencing factors of mental disorders in patients with high-risk prostatic hyperplasia after transurethral prostatectomy and its nursing countermeasures

Objective To explore the analysis of influencing factors of mental disorders in patients with high-risk prostatic hyperplasia after transurethral prostatectomy and its nursing countermeasures.Methods To select 80 cases of patients with high-risk prostatic hyperplasia after transurethral prostatectomy from our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019.Among them,11 cases had postoperative mental disorders and 69 cases had no postoperative mental disorders.The data such as patient’s age,diabetes,hypertension,coronary heart disease,bladder spasm,cerebral hypoxia and postoperative blood sodium were collected by the methods such as questionnaires and looking up cases,etc.and these data was analyzed by logistic regression analysis.Results Statistical analysis showed that bladder spasm,cerebral hypoxia and hyponatremia were the independent risk factors for mental disorders.Conclusion The incidence of mental disorders in patients with high-risk prostate hyperplasia after transurethral prostatectomy was high,which seriously affected their normal life.The risk factors for mental disorders after surgery were clarified,and corresponding protective measures should be given to avoid or reduce the occurrence of mental disorders.
