婴儿暖箱终末消毒效果及有效期的临床研究

目的探讨暖箱终末消毒效果及有效期,监测暖箱表面菌落数的变化。方法 2018年7-10月将患儿出院或使用7 d更换的暖箱12台进行常规终末消毒,于消毒后的第2天、第7天、第14~24天分别对暖箱的箱体内表面、床垫外表面、床板内表面、水槽内表面采样进行细菌培养,观察终末消毒后暖箱4个部位的菌落数。结果暖箱终末消毒后20 d内各部位均未培养出细菌,从第21天开始各部位检测出细菌,且以水槽内表面细菌数量最多且繁殖速度最快。结论暖箱终末消毒达到了灭菌效果,建议暖箱终末消毒后的放置时间≤20 d。

Clinical study on the terminal disinfection effect and validity of infant incubators

Objective To discuss the terminal disinfection effect and validity of infant incubators,and monitor the change of bacterial colonies on the surface of the incubators. Methods The 12 sets of incubator after the children patients were discharged or they were replaced with use of a 7 days,were taken a routine terminal disinfection from July to October 2018. The sampling where were in the inner surface of the incubators,the outer surface of the mattress,the inner surface of the bed board,and the inner surface of the water tank,were taken a bacterial culture on the 2 nd,7 th,and 14 th to 24 th days after disinfection,and the bacterial colonies were observed at the 4 sites of the incubators Results No bacteria were cultured in each part of the incubators within 20 days after the terminal disinfection. The bacteria were detected in each part of the incubators from the 21 st day,the number of bacteria on the surface of the water tank was the largest and the reproduction speed was the fastest. Conclusion The terminal disinfection of the incubators had achieved the sterilization effect. It was recommended that the storage time after the terminal disinfection of the incubators was ≤20 d.
