临床护理路径在肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者中的应用

目的探讨临床护理路径在肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月我院收治的肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者66例为研究对象,按照随机数字抽样法将其等分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上采取临床护理路径干预,干预后比较两组健康知识掌握程度、并发症发生率及治疗效果。结果实施临床护理路径干预后,观察组健康知识掌握程度评分高于对照组(P <0. 05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05),治疗效果优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论临床护理路径应用于肝硬化合并上消化道出血临床护理中,提高诊疗效果,降低并发症的发生率,提高患者对疾病相关健康知识的掌握程度,对患者生活质量及远期预后至关重要。

Application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with cirrhosis and concurrent upper gastrointestinal bleeding

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with cirrhosis and concurrent upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods To select 66 cases of patients with liver cirrhosis and concurrent upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 as the study subjects,and they were equally divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number sampling method. The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group took a clinical nursing pathway intervention on this basis. After the intervention,the two groups were compared in mastery of health knowledge,incidence of complications,and treatment effect. Results After the intervention,the mastery of health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05),the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05),and the treatment effect was better than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway was applied in the clinical care of cirrhosis and concurrent upper gastrointestinal bleeding,which could improve the diagnosis and treatment effect,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the degree of patients’ knowledge of disease-related health,and It was important for patients’ quality of life and long-term prognosis.
