心理一致感在慢性心力衰竭患者家庭功能和自我护理行为间的中介作用

目的了解慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理行为的现况,验证并分析心理一致感在慢性心力衰竭患者家庭功能和自我护理行为间的中介作用。方法采用便利抽样的方法,选取台州市某三级甲等医院349例门诊慢性心力衰竭患者进行问卷调查,以患者一般资料、家庭关怀度指数量表、心理一致感量表、心力衰竭自护指数量表为研究工具进行横断面调查。结果 349例患者,心力衰竭自护指数量表标准化总分为(113.48±45.96)分,家庭关怀度指数量表总分(7.44±2.71)分,心理一致感量表总分为(65.11±12.18)分;心理一致感在慢性心力衰竭患者家庭功能和自我护理行为间的中介效应显著,中介效应大小为0.251,中介效应占总效应的27.18%。结论慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理整体处于较低水平,心理一致感既可以直接影响慢性心力衰竭患者的自我护理行为,也可以作为家庭功能影响自我护理行为的中介变量。

Mediation effect of sense of coherence between family function and self -care behaviors for patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To study the present status of self-care behaviors for patients with chronic heart failure, test and analyze the mediation effect of sense of coherence between family function and self-care behaviors for patients with chronic heart failure. Method Choose 349 outpatients with chronic heart failure from a third grade class A hospital in Taizhou by convenient sampling to receive survey. Make cross-sectional survey by patients’ general information, family APGAR, Sense of Coherence-13(SOC-13) and Self-care of Heart Failure Index(SCHFI) as research tools. Result The standard total score on SCHFI is(113.48±45.96), the total score on APGAR is(7.44±2.71) and the total score on SOC-13 is(65.11±12.18) for 349 patients. Sense of coherence is the mediator variable between family function and self-care behaviors for patients with chronic heart failure. The mediating effect is 0.251. Mediation effect accounts for 27.18% of total effect. Conclusion Self-care behaviors for patients with chronic heart failure is in low level. Sense of coherence can influence self-care behaviors for patients with chronic heart failure and be a mediator variable between family function and self-care behaviors.
