老年心力衰竭患者衰弱现状与危险因素分析

目的探讨影响老年心力衰竭患者衰弱的危险因素,以利于采取针对性防控措施。方法选择2017年1月至2019年1月我院152例老年心力衰竭的患者为研究对象,采用问卷调查方法完成衰弱评估;分析老年心力衰竭相关信息,采用多元logistic回归分析确定其独立危险因素。结果年龄、合并症数量、心力衰竭分级和负面情绪均为引起衰弱的独立危险因素。结论对于老年心力衰竭患者了解衰弱现状和危险因素,有利于针对性进行防护干预,降低衰弱发生率。

Analysis of current status and risk factors of asthenia in elderly patients with heart failure

Objective To explore the risk factors affecting the asthenia of elderly patients with heart failure in order to take targeted prevention and control measures. Methods We selected 152 cases of elderly patients with heart failure in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 as the study objects,and the questionnaire survey method was used to complete the assessment of asthenia. The related information of elderly heart failure was analyzed and multiple logistic regression analysis was used to determine its independent risk factors. Results The age,number of comorbidities,grade of heart failure,and negative emotions were all independent risk factors for asthenia. Conclusion For elderly patients with heart failure to understand the current status and risk factors of asthenia,it was beneficial to targeted intervention and reduce the incidence of asthenia.
