计算机辅助认知训练对脑炎合并认知障碍患儿康复效果的影响

摘    要:
目的探讨计算机辅助认知训练对脑炎合并认知障碍患儿康复效果的影响。方法选取我院2014年6月至2017年10月收治的脑炎患儿50例作为研究对象,按数字奇偶法将患儿等分为对照组和研究组,对照组给予常规认知训练,研究组进行计算机辅助认知训练。比较两组患儿训练前后认知功能、社会生活能力及生活质量评分。结果训练前两组患儿认知功能、社会生活能力以及生活质量等评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),各组内训练前后对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),训练后研究组患儿认知功能、社会生活能力以及生活质量较对照组明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论计算机辅助认知训练可改善患儿认知功能、社会生活能力与生活质量,有利于患儿尽早回归社会。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of applying computer-assisted cognitive training for rehabilitation efficacy of children patients with encephalitis combined with cognitive impairment.Methods To select 50 cases of children patients with encephalitis admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to October 2017 as the study objects.The children patients were divided into a control group and a study group according to the digital parity method.The control group was given routine cognitive training,and the study group was given the computer-assisted cognitive training to compare the cognitive function,social life ability and quality of life scores of the children patients in two groups of before and after training.Results Before the training,there was no significant difference in cognitive function,social life ability and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Before and after training in each group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the training,the cognitive function,social life ability and quality of life in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of computer-assisted cognitive training could improve children's cognitive function,social life ability and quality of life,and help children return to society as soon as possible.
