生肌玉红膏对结核性痈瘘术后创口愈合的促进作用

目的]观察生肌玉红膏对结核性痈瘘术后创口愈合的临床治疗效果。方法]将40例结核性痈瘘术后患者按单双日就诊时间分成两组,治疗组(20例)术后采用生肌玉红膏换药,对照组(20例)术后采用凡士林油膏换药,观察两组创面愈合情况。结果]治疗组创面渗液干净、肉芽组织出现、上皮组织出现、创面愈合各不同阶段的时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后21d,治疗组创面愈合率为70.0%,对照组为15.0%。统计结果显示,生肌玉红膏在减少创面渗液、增加愈合率、缩短愈合天数等方面的疗效均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论]生肌玉红膏对结核性痈瘘术后创面愈合具有促进作用。

Effect of Shengji Yuhong Ointment in Promoting Healing of Postoperative Wound of Tuberculous Perianal Abscess and Anal Fistula

Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Shengji Yuhong Ointment (SYO) in promoting healing of postoperative wound of tuberculous perianal abscess and anal fistula. Methods ] Forty cases of tuberculous perianal abscess and anal fistula after operation were divided into group A ( n = 20) and group B ( n = 20) according to the odd-or even-numbered days of admissions. Group A was treated with external application of SYO and group B with external application of vaseline ointment. After treatment, the healing of postoperative wound was observed in the two groups. Results] In group A, the time for the ceasing of exudates from wound surface, for the formation of granulation and epithelial tissue, and for the healing of wound was shorter than that in group B ( P < 0.05) . Wound healing rate was 70.0% in group A 21 days after operation, which was higher than 15.0% in group B ( P < 0.01). Conclusion] SYO can promote the healing of postoperative wound of tuberculous perianal abscess and anal fistula.
