斯普林注射液在中晚期肺癌综合治疗中的作用

目的  观察斯普林注射液配合放、化疗治疗中晚期肺癌的疗效。方法  将147例中晚期肺癌患者随机分为斯普林注射液配合放、化疗组（治疗组，75例），单纯放、化疗组（对照组，72例），两组放、化疗方法相同，治疗组在放、化疗开始即给予斯普林10mL，加入0.9％氯化钠注射液250mL中静滴，连用14d，21d为1周期，共4～6周期，对多个临床指标进行比较观察。结果  治疗组近期疗效为60.0％，对照组为48.6％，两组无统计学差异(P＞0.05)。治疗组1、2年生存率分别为58.9%、41.1%，对照组分别为42.3%、25.4%，两组有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。治疗组患者的生活质量、治疗后T细胞亚群及NK细胞活性明显高于对照组，血液学各项指标下降程度、消化道不良反应及放射性食管炎均明显轻于对照组,两组有统计学差异(P＜0.05)。结论  斯普林注射液用于配合放、化疗治疗中晚期肺癌有一定疗效。

Role of sipulin injection in comprehensive treatment of lung cancer in medium and terminal stages
