| 摘 要： | 观察固齿增骨散治疗慢性牙周炎 31例 ,并设对照组 30例。其中固齿增骨散显效率 8.87% ,有效率 62 .0 9% ,总有效率 70 .96% ;对照组 30例 ,显效率 0 % ,有效率 33.33% ,总有效率 33.33%。结果显示 :固齿增骨散在降低菌斑指数和龈炎指数、减轻牙动度 ,提高咬合力及改善全身症状方面 ,明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ,治疗期间未发现其不良反应

| Abstract: | There were 31 cases in the treatment and 30 in the control group. In the treatment group with GuChiZengGuSan, the obviously effective rate was 887%, effective rate was 6209%, and the total rate was 7096%. In the control group, the obvious effective rate was 0%, effective rate 3333%, and the total rate was 33.33%. The experiment suggested in decreasing the indexes of bacterial plaque and gingivitis, reducing tooth mobility, improving occlusion and general symptom, the treatment group exceeded much to the control group (P<005). Untoward effect wasn't detected in the experiment. |
