结核性脑膜炎脑脊液中磷脂酶A2活性测定及其临床意义

目的 探讨结核性脑膜炎脑脊液中磷脂酶A2（PLA2）活性变化及其临床意义。方法 采用[^3H]－油酸标记大肠杆菌膜为底物测定结核性脑膜炎患者脑脊液和对照脑脊液中PLA2活力。结果 结脑患者组脑脊液PLA2活力显著高于对照组,经抗结核药物加地塞米松、或强的松等激素治疗后,PLA2活力显著下降;对照组脑脊液PLA2活力极低,且少儿组与成人组PLA2活力无显著性差别;相关性分析显示PLA2活力与相应的WBC、Cl^-、Pro、Glu均无显著性相关关系。结论 PLA2作为一种强力致炎因子在结核性脑膜炎的发生发展中可能起着重要作用。

Clinical significance of phospholipase A2 activity in cerebrospinal fluid ofpatients with tuberculous meningitis.

Objective To inves tigate the change of the phospholipase A 2(PLA2) activity in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of patients and its clinical signi ficance.Methods The PLA2 activ ities in CSF of 55 patients with tubercu lous meningitis (TM) and 32 cases of non -neurologic patients as controls were de termined by radiochemical assay using oleic acid labled Escherichia Coli a s substrate.Results The PL- activity in CSF of the TM was significa ntly higher than that of controls.Howeve r,the PL- activity in CSF of the TM gro up decreased significantly after the tre atment with antituberculous drugs and gl ucocorticoids such as dexamethasone,pred nisone,and so on.The PL- activity in CS F of controls was very low and there was no significant difference between the c hildren and the adult control groups.The results of correlation analysis suggest ed that there was no correlation between the PL- activity and the levels of WBC ,Cl -,Pro and Glu.Conclusion PL- as a potent proinflammatory factor may play an important role in the cours e of TM.
