| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合药物治疗异位妊娠临床疗效。方法:采用中西医结合三联疗法,即中药汤剂口服,联合甲氨蝶呤和米非司酮同时治疗的方法。中药汤剂水煎100mL,日3次口服;甲氨蝶呤0.4mg/(kg.d),肌注,5天为1个疗程,在治疗的第4日和第7日测血清β-HCG,若下降<15%则需要重复治疗;米非司酮25mg,日2次口服,连服3天,在第4天测β-HCG,若下降<15%,则停药3天后要重复疗程。结果:成功59例,失败7例,成功率为89.1%。结论:中西医结合药物治疗异位妊娠取得良好的临床疗效,可广泛应用于临床。 |
