宫腹腔镜联合诊治不孕症45例临床分析

目的:分析宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合检查和治疗在不孕症诊治中的意义。方法:回顾性分析45例非男性因素所致、经基础体温(BBT)测定及生殖激素测定为有排卵性不孕的临床资料。结果:原发性不孕30例,继发性不孕15例。盆腔粘连27例占60%,输卵管阻塞23例占51.11%,子宫内膜异位症12例占26.67%,子宫内膜息肉2例占4.44%,子宫肌瘤2例占4.44%,卵巢囊肿2例占4.44%。输卵管阻塞23例共39条输卵管,行宫腔镜引导下输卵管导丝介入术及单极电凝器钝性逆行分离术,有36条输卵管复通,复通率92.31%。结论:宫腹腔镜联合检查可帮助明确女性不孕的确切原因及部位,并可根据病因进行适当的治疗。宫腔镜引导下输卵管阻塞的导丝介入治疗及单极电凝器钝性逆行分离术对输卵管阻塞的复通效果确切。

Analysis of examined results of 45 infertile patients by laparoscopy and hysteroscopy

Objective:To investigate the main reasons of infertility and analyze the effect of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in patients with infertility.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 45 cases with infertility examined and treated with laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy was conducted.Results:The main reason of infertility was pelvic adhesion(60%),the second one was obstruction of fallopian tube(51.11%).23 cases with 39 fallopian tubes were diagnosed as obstruction.The fallopian tube wire intervention treatment with hysteroscopy conducting and the separation of fistula were done with unipolar electrocoagulation tool,36 fallopian tubes were unobstructed.The recover rate was 92.31%.Conclusion:The examination of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy can diagnose the exact reasons of infertility and treat fallopian tube obstruction and pelvic adhesion effectively.
