摘    要:目的观察双相陶瓷生物骨(biphasic ceramic biologic bone,BCBB)、骨形态发生蛋白(bone morphogeneticprotein,BMP)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)、骨髓基质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)复合培养形成的组织工程骨修复股骨头坏死(femoral head necrosis,FHN)模型病灶清除区缺损,评价该组织工程骨修复FHN的效果。方法取32只新西兰成年大白兔共64侧股骨头,微波灭活建立股骨头坏死模型,按随机数字表法分为4组,每组16侧。A组:空白对照组;B组:植入BCBB/BMP/bFGF;C组:植入BCBB/BMP/bFGF/MSCs;D组:植入自体松质骨。术后2、4、8、12周分批处死动物,每组每次处死4只。行股骨头大体及解剖观察、X线摄片、组织学观察、钙含量及钙磷比检测、血管免疫组织化学染色。结果股骨头大体及解剖观察:A组8周和12周各有一侧股骨头塌陷;B组2周时纤维结缔组织生长活跃;C、D组12周时植骨区与宿主骨界限不清。②X线评分:12周时,...
