膀胱癌患者外周血淋巴细胞AgNORs定量测定及临床意义

摘    要:
目的:探讨膀胱癌患者外周血淋巴细胞AgNORs值的变化及其临床意义。方法:应用计算机辅助医学图像分析系统测定32例膀胱癌患者的外周血淋巴细胞银染核仁组成区蛋白(AgNORs)值的变化,并与11例非肿瘤患者进行对照。结果:膀胱癌患者外周血淋巴细胞AgNORs低于非肿瘤人群,其变化与年龄、临床分期、病理分级、治疗手段等有关,而与肿瘤的大小无关。结论:认为外周血淋巴细胞AgNORs的检测可以判断疾病良恶性,评价膀胱癌患者的免疫功能,指导治疗,判断疗效及预后。

Abstract:
Objective:To study the changes and the clinical sigificance of AgNORs of peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with urinary bladder cancer.Methods:The AgNORs changes of peripheral blood lymphocytes in 32 cases of urinary bladder cancer and 11 cases of non tumorous as controls were measured with computer aided medical image analysis technology.Results:The peripheral blood lymphocytic AgNORs of the tumorous group were found to be lower than those of control group and in relation to their ages,clinical stages and pathological grades,but irrelevant to the size of the tumors.Conclusions:The detection of peripheral blood lymphocytic AgNORs may be used to decide whether the tumor is benign or malignant,to evaluate the patients'immune function and guide treatment,to judge the effect of treatment and the prognosis.
