| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨贲门癌患者根治术治疗前后血清可溶性上皮型钙黏蛋白（SE-CAD）和癌胚抗原（CEA）水平的变化。方法：用化学发光标记免疫法测定36例贲门癌患者血清CEA含量，酶联法测定SE-CAD含量，并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果：贲门癌患者在手术治疗前血清SE-CAD、CEA水平非常显著地高于正常人组水平（P〈0．01），手术治疗后6个月复发者血清SE-CAD、CEA水平持续异常，未复发者血清SE-CAD、CEA水平恢复正常。结论：血清SE-CAD和CEA水平的变化与贲门癌患者的病情和预后密切相关，有一定的临床实用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of serum SE-CAD and CEA levels after definitive surgery in patients with cardiac cancer.Methods Serum CEA levels were determined with CLIA and SE-CAD levels with ELISA in 36 patients both before and after surgery as well as in 35 controls.Six months after surgery,the levels were measured again.Results Before treatment.Serum CEA and SE-CAD level were significantly higher in the patients than those in controls(P<0.01).Twenty-four of the patients were free from recurrence at 6 months and their serum CEA and SE-CAD levels dropped to within normal range.However,in the 6 patients with recurrence,serum levels of CEA and SE-CAD returned to abnormally high levels.Conclusion Serum CEA,SE-CAD levels were closely related to the disease process of cardiac cancer and were of prognostic values. |
