| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨静脉留置针输液的临床疗效。[方法]选取2008年1月—2008年9月儿科门诊静脉输液76例患儿,随机分为实验组和对照组各38例,对照组采用头皮针穿刺,实验组采用静脉留置针穿刺,比较两组病人的输液满意度和并发症发生率。[结果]实验组病人满意度高于对照组,并发症低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]使用静脉留置针可减少静脉穿刺次数,减轻患儿痛苦,减少并发症,提高满意率。 |
