摘    要:目的建立复方双花颗粒中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法Phenomenex C18分析柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm);乙腈-0.4磷酸(10:90,三乙胺调pH值为3.0±0.2)为流动相;流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长327nm。结果绿原酸回归方程为Y=3621.370IX+2.1458,r=0.9999(n=5),绿原酸浓度在12.0~28.0μg·mL^-1范围内呈线性关系,平均回收率为98.53%,RSD为0.57%。结论方法简便、准确、快速,可作为该制剂的定量方法。

Abstract:Aim To establish an assaying method of chlorogenic acid in Fufangshuanghuakeli. Methods HPLC Phenomenex C18 analytical column(5 μm ,4.6mm × 250mm) was used and acetonitrile-0.4 phosphonic acid (10: 90, pH value was adjusted to 3.0 ± 0.2 by triethylamine) was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL/ rain and the detection wavelength was 327nm. Results Regression equation of chlorogenic acid was Y = 3 621. 370 1X + 2. 145 8, r = 0. 999 9 ( n = 5 ). It showed hnear correlation when concentration of chlorogenic acid ranged from 12.0μg·mL^-1 to 28.0μg·mL^-1. The average recovery was 98.53% and RSD was 0.57%. Conclusion This method is convenient, accurate and rapid, showing its potential to be used as a quantitative method of this preparation.
