腹腔镜治疗粘连性肠梗阻89例的疗效分析

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床效果。方法将用腹腔镜行肠粘连松解术89例患者与同期行开腹肠粘连松解术67例患者的临床治疗效果进行对照分析。结果腹腔镜组手术时间、术中出血量、术后进食时间、术后镇痛例数、术后并发症、住院天数、复发例数均优于开腹组,两组差异显著,有统计学意义。结论用腹腔镜行肠粘连松解术安全有效,与传统开腹手术比较具有手术时间短,患者损伤小,切口疼痛轻,并发症少术后康复快,住院时间短等优点。
