OCT-4、Survivin在喉鳞癌组织中的表达及意义

摘要：【目的】探讨OCT-4和Survivin在喉鳞癌组织中的表达情况及与病理学特征之间的关系。【方法】免疫组化法检测77例喉鳞癌组织中OCT-4和Survivin的表达；18例癌旁正常组织作对照。【结果】OCT-4在喉鳞癌组织的阳性表达率（54.55%）高于癌旁正常组织（0%）（P＜0.05）；OCT-4在喉鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率与组织分化程度、淋巴结转移相关（P值均＜0.01）。Survivin 在喉鳞癌组织的阳性表达率（64.94%）高于癌旁正常组织（0%）（P＜0.05）；Survivin在喉鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率与临床分期、组织分化程度及淋巴结转移相关（P值均＜0.05）。OCT-4与Survivin的表达呈正相关（P＜0.05）。【结论】提示OCT-4可能通过间接调控Survivin的表达参与喉鳞癌的发生发展。

Expression of OCT-4 and Survivin in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and the clinical significance

Abstract:【Objective】To observe expression of OCT-4 and Survivin in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC) and the relationship with pathologic features.【Methods】The expression of OCT-4 and Survivin was detected by immunohistochemical method. The lateral normal tissues from 18 laryngeal carcinoma were for contrast.【Result】The positive expression rate of OCT-4 in the tissues of LSCC was higer than normal tissues（P＜0.05）. The expression of OCT-4 was related to histodifferentiation and lymphatic metastasis（P＜0.01）. The positive expression rate of Survivin in the tissues of LSCC was lower than normal tissues（P＜0.05）. The expression of Survivin was related to clitical stage, histodifferentiation and lymphatic metastasis（P＜0.05）. Survivin was associated with OCT-4 positively（P＜0.05）.【Conclusions】OCT-4 would be play an role in the development of LSCC by indirectly regulationing expression of Survivin.
