护理路径对高血压脑出血患者神经功能评分、生活质量及领悟社会支持的研究

目的探讨护理路径对高血压脑出血患者神经功能、生活质量和领悟社会支持的影响,观察其临床价值。方法将172例高血压脑出血患者随机分为观察组（86例）与对照组（86例）,对照组实施神经内科专科疾病护理常规,观察组实施临床护理路径,同时应用FMA评分和BI评分评价患者神经功能,应用SF-36生活质量量表评价患者的生存质量,应用领悟社会支持量量表评价患者领悟社会支持情况。结果观察组FMA评分和BI评分明显优于对照组,观察组生活质量和领悟社会支持的评分明显高于对照组。结论护理路径对高血压脑出血患者有积极的影响,不仅可以提高神经功能评分,还可以改善患者的生活质量和领悟社会支持的能力,临床可以积极应用。

The clinical observation on nerve function score, life quality and perceived social support in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by clinical nursing pathway

Objective To investigate the nerve function,quality of life and perceived social support in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by nursing pathway,observe its clinical value.Methods A total of 172 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups.The observation group（86 cases） were intervened by clinical nursing pathway.The control group（86 cases） were intervened by normal nursing.We analyzed the scores different of FMA,BI,SF-36 and perceived social support in the two groups.Results The scores of FMA and BI were obviously better in the observation group than in the control group.The scores of life quality and perceived social support were higher in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway has positive effect in patients.Nursing pathway can improve the nerve function,life quality and perceived social support,is worthy be applied in clinical treatment.
