磁共振成像对老年前列腺疾病的诊断价值

摘    要:目的探讨磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)诊断前列腺疾病的价值。方法回顾分析371例前列腺疾病患者临床资料及MRI影像学表现,观察病变位置、大小、形态及信号特点。结果前列腺癌96例,占25.9%;良性前列腺增生225例,占60.6%;前列腺炎20例,占5.4%;前列腺脓肿30例,病变占8.1%(30/371);误诊率为8.6%(32/371)。结论MRI是诊断前列腺疾病的有效检查方法,联合磁共振弥散加权成像、磁共振波谱分析、MR动态增强等手段,有助于提高确诊率。

Abstract:Objective To investigate and analyse the results of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) of the military retired cadres, and explore the diagnostic value of MRI in prostate disease. Methods The clinical materials of 371 patients with prostate disease and their MRI results in the past five years were reviewed. The location, size, morphology and signal characteristics of the lesions were observed. Results A total of 96 cases (25.9%) had prostate cancer (PCa), 225 (60. 6%) had benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH),20 (5.4%) had prostatitis and 30 (8.1%) had prostate abscess. The misdiagnosis rate was 8. 6%(32/371). Conclusion MRI is the effective in the diagnosis of prostate disease. But it should be combined with other diagnosis methods as magnetic resonance diffusion, magnetic resonance spectroscopy, MR dynamic contrast-enhanced etc. to improve the correct diagnosis rate.
