焦点解决模式在脊髓损伤患者康复护理中的应用

目的探讨焦点解决模式（solution-focused brief therapy,SFBT）应用于医务社会工作者（医疗社工）参与脊髓损伤患者（spinal cord injury,SCI）康复护理的效果。方法将2010-01/2011-06月收治的50例脊髓损伤患者,随机分为观察组（25例）和对照组（25例）。对照组行医疗社工常规干预,观察组在此基础上应用SFBT进行干预。入院时和入院后第3个月采用世界卫生组织生存质量评价量表（WHO quality of life assessment scale,WHOQOL-100）评价两组患者的生命质量。结果入院后第3个月,两组患者除环境和精神宗教信仰两个领域外,WHOQOL-100量表其他各领域评分和总评分均较入院时明显提高（P〈0.05）;观察组除环境和精神宗教信仰两个领域外,其他WHOQOL-100量表各领域评分和总评分高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论医疗社工应用SFBT干预SCI患者康复护理,有利于患者与医护人员之间的有效沟通,能增强患者对功能康复的信心,促进其功能康复,提高生命质量。

Application of Solution-focused Brief Therapy in Rehabilitative Nursing for Patients with Spinal Cord Injury

Objective To study the effects of solution-focused brief therapy （SFBT） in ,medical social workers＇ participation in rehabilitative nursing for patients with spinal cord injury （SCI）. Methods Fifty SCI inpatient from January 2010 to June 2011 were randomly divided into control group （25 cases） undergoing routine intervention by medical social workers and observation group （25 cases） undergoing routine intervention and SFBF. Their life quality was evaluated by WHO quality of life assessment scale （WHOQOL-100） at admission and 3 months after admission. Results Three months after admission, all WHOQOL-IO0 scores except Environment and Spirituality/Religion/Personal belief scores and total scores of the two groups were higher than those at admission （P〈0. 05）. All scores of the observation group except Environment and Spirituality/Religion/Personal belief scores were higher than those in control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Application of SFBT in medical social workers＇ participation in rehabilitative nursing of SCI patients avails the effective communication between medical staff and the patients, can enhance the confidence of SCI patients in function reconstruction and improve their life quality.
