单兵急救包系列的设计与研制

目的研制单兵急救包系列,为战伤人员实施战场自救、互救提供便携装备,以减少战场战斗减员,提高我军部队战斗能力。方法以战场急救任务要求和单兵急救包的卫勤定位为依据,以功能配置和组件筛选、组件改良为重点,进行单兵急救包系列的设计与研制。结果通用型单兵急救包选用了13个组件。具备通气、止血、包扎、固定、止痛、抗感染、剪切等功能。特殊型单兵急救包系列包含丛林型、空战型、海战型、特种兵型、高原型和沙漠型6个类别。结论本课题研制的单兵急救包便捷实用,有效轻巧,符合野战卫勤要求。

Design and Development of Military Individual First-aid Kits

Objective To implement self and mutual medical aid at the first time for the wounded and improve the continuous fighting capability of the forces. Methods Based on the requires of battlefield first aid and the medical service position of military Individual First-aid Kit （IFAK）, focused on the functional configuration and component selection and improvement, the military IFAK was designed. Results The universal military IFAK contained 13 components and had the functions of ventilation, hemostatic, bind, fixation, analgesia, anti-infection, shear, etc. The special types of military IF- AK include 6 categories which were applicable in the jungle, air, navy, special forces, plateau and desert. Conclusion The military IFAK is practical, convenient, effective and light, which fits the requires of the field medical service.
