| 摘 要： | 原位凝胶因其局部药物浓度高、给药方便等特性在肿瘤治疗中显示出特殊优势,具有较好的临床应用前景。本文对近5年来原位凝胶在乳腺癌、肝癌、胰腺癌等不同种类的肿瘤治疗中的应用进行了综述,对其发展前景进行了展望。 |

| Abstract: | In situ gel has shown special advantages in cancer therapy due to high local drug concentration and convenient administration, which made it be promising in future clinical application. In this paper, the application of in situ gel in different tumor types of breast cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer therapy were reviewed for the past 5 years, and the development of in situ gel were prospected. |
